1 Definitions

In this Privacy Policy, the following terms have the following meanings:

  • inMotion VR B.V.: responsible for the processing of personal data of its users is the private limited liability inMotion VR, established in ‘s-Hertogenbosch office at the Helftheuvelweg 47, 5222 AV, in’ s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Hereafter IMVR.
  • User: any (potential)
    • User or viewer of one or more (mobile) website(‘s), in which IMVR is called the domain name holder or under the control of IMVR
    • User or viewer of one or more SaaS licensed under the control of IMVR
    • User or purchaser of one or more products and / or services developed by IMVR
  • Products and / or Services:
    • All products and / or services (separately or together) which IMVR operates c.q. offers c.q. sells to its users. This includes, but not limited to all:
      • website(‘s) such as inmotionvr.com, corpusvr.com, mentisvr.com, hygenicvr.com
      • apps built by IMVR, such as Corpus VR

 

2 Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data of our users relating to our Website, Products and / or Services. We herein describe how this data is collected and for what purpose it is used.

If you use our Websites, Products and / or Services  or contact IMVR, or otherwise use services provided by IMVR your personal data as provided and used by you will be recorded and processed. The party responsible for processing such data is inMotion VR Holding B.V., the Netherlands. IMVR aims to exercise every due care with any personal data you provide, and to treat these confidentially. IMVR complies with Data Protection regulations applicable in The Netherlands. If a user does not agree with the content of this Privacy Policy, we request the user not to use the Products and / or Services or to discontinue its use immediately.

3 Processing of personal data of users online media:

IMVR does not store users profile data due to visiting our website on all platforms.

3. 1 Purposes and data:

IMVR only uses the data to improve the user experience of the users of our products / services. 

3.2 Disclosure to third parties:

IMVR will not provide third parties the personal data of its users. Unless this is necessary for the performance of its products and / or services. Or it has to be on the basis of a legal provision or in an emergency to the extent that, in the reasonable opinion of IMVR, it’s in the interest of its users. This includes: 

  • lawful requests from authorities, subpoenas or court orders. 
  • acts to detect any damage or fraud
  • actions and preventions to ensure the security of our network and our Products and / or Services.

 

4 Cookies:

Cookies are small text files, given ID tags that are stored on your computer’s browser directory or program data subfolders. Cookies are created when you use your browser to visit a website that uses cookies to keep track of your movements within the site, help you resume where you left off, remember your registered login, theme selection, preferences, and other customization functions.

4.1 IMVR uses cookies to include:

  1. Statistical purposes, including to see how often our website’(s) has been visited, of which website’(s) members come from. And which pages they have visited on our website(s.
  2. Services to users, concerning personal accounts, handling information requests and / or orders of Products and / or Services.
  3. Advertisements tailored to the interests of users through advertisements on the website(s) and / or apps.
 

If the user chooses to, decline cookies. It is possible that some features on the website(‘s) do not work. Or in some cases the user can not use certain products and / or services. 5 Google Analytics and Social Media:

IMVR makes use of Google Analytics, to analyze and improve the use of its products and / or services with regard to its website(‘s) and / or apps. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ( “Google”). We have, the anonymize function, added to our Google Analytics configuration. To ensure that no full IP address is sent to Google: the last octet of the IP address is removed, so that tracking, of IP addresses at an individual level, will be technically impossible.

Blink buttons are also included in the website(‘s) and / or apps to share the website(‘s) and / or apps on social media such as Facebook from Facebook Inc., X from X Inc., YouTube from YouTube LLC and LinkedIn from LinkedIn Corporation(social media).

These buttons work through snippets of code derived from the social media themselves. By means of these codes cookies are placed. We have no influence on these placements. We recommend users to read the privacy policies of social media (which may change frequently), to see what they do with the personal information they collect through these cookies.

Google and social media may provide the information to third parties gathered during their cookies, if it is legally required or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. The information is transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. Google and social media must conform to adhere to applicable privacy regulations. This means that there would be an adequate level of protection for the processing of (personal) data. IMVR is not responsible and excludes all liability in this regard.

6 Information and Data We Collect

IMVR may collect the following:

Contact information;
E-mail and password;

Name;

Phone number;

Address information;

Bank account number;

Citizen service number;

Insurance number;
Profile information that you volunteer;
Automatically collected data (e.g. IP Address, device OS, browser type and language);
Mobile device identifiers such as your unique device ID, hardware type, “MAC” and “IMEI” numbers and device name;
General location information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version of the application, and precise-geo-location information with your express consent
Identify documentation
Application use data (e.g. skill data, billing data, your user ID, length, frequency and success of interactions with a game, or with other users, via server log files).

Aim of data registration
The personal data as provided by you can be processed by IMVR for the following purposes:

  • To conclude and execute an agreement, such as for the delivery of the chosen products, services or information;
  • If payment is due, to send you an invoice;
  • To enable you to post and exchange content through IMVR’s digital services or to contact other users of such digital services;
  • To keep you informed about IMVR’s products and services, and send you a newsletter, user information, or service notification or other (electronic) message;
  • To enable you to log in through third party services;
  • To optimize service and proper functioning of IMVR’s service and products;
  • To fulfill to applicable laws and regulations;
  • Link or combine it with other information we get from third parties, to better understand your preferences and provide you with better services.

For these purposes, your personal data can be exchanged with, or be made available to subsidiaries of IMVR.

7. Third Parties and subprocessors

7.1 Information to third parties

Your data will not be supplied to any third party without your consent without prejudice to the following. Your data may, without further consent, be supplied to third parties that are engaged by IMVR for the execution of its services, including analyzing data and customer support. Also, your data can be released to third parties as permitted or obliged by law, when IMVR believes it is appropriate to comply with the law. IMVR can share your information in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing or acquisition of her company.

7.2 External service providers and other sites

If you are directed to a website or use an application of a third party via one of IMVR’s digital services, the conditions and privacy rules of that partner or third party apply. You are advised to read the privacy policy of this partner or third party.

When accessing IMVR’s digital services through third party social media services, your log in data will be processed by IMVR in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8 Cookies, tracking

The use of IMVR’s digital services can result in the collection of information about your use of these services, for example through means of cookies. IMVR and possible marketing and outsourcing partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers use technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts and tags to identify a user’s computer/device to retain features, such as your preferences, username and password. Cookie information can be linked to your personal information, such as your user ID, to improve the quality of our products and services. If you disable cookies you may not be able to access or use features of our products or services. In the case of email messages tracking pixels can be used to monitor the quality of the deliverance of those emails and ensure optimal customer service and support.

9 Telephone conversations

Telephone conversations with any of IMVR’s departments may be recorded for training and coaching purposes. The recordings are only kept for as long as strictly necessary and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

10. Data

10.1 Servers

We host and process the personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). We use European servers at BIT Internet Services in the Netherlands.
Some of the sub-processors, as described in Article 3, can store data outside the EEA. You can read which they are on the list of sub-processors. These sub-processors are affiliated with Privacy Shield. This means that they meet security requirements that are considered adequate by the European Commission. You hereby give us permission to store the personal data outside the EEA.
 
10.2 Security
IMVR takes all reasonable measures to protect your information. Relevant personal data, like name, IP address, phonenumber, bankaccount, citizen service number, insurance number, is treated confidentially and stored encrypted. Good faith efforts are made to securely store personal data. The relevant data is only accessible to limited IMVR staff or sub-processor in so far as necessary to enable them to perform their duties and guarantee the correct working of the service and products. Furthermore, IMVR undertakes good faith efforts to secure its systems against the loss and/or any unlawful use or processing of such data, and adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures for this purpose, having regard to the state of the art, amongst other things.

Nevertheless, IMVR cannot guarantee that it can prevent the unlawful gaining of access to computers or files, the distribution of viruses or unlawful programs or files through advertisements, or anything else occasioned by the provision of information to IMVR. IMVR does not warrant or represent that your personal data will be protected against loss, misuse or alteration.

10.3 Data access and amendment and right to object

You may at all times and without any cost be informed of the data about you processed by IMVR and, if desired, have these data amended or, if possible removed within a reasonable time frame. You may also object to receiving information or specific offers from IMVR by e-mail, telephone, post and/or SMS. If you wish to use one of these options, you can give notice thereof in writing via an e-mail message to contact@inmotionvr.com.

11 Modifications:

IMVR reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time unilaterally. IMVR recommends users to this Privacy Policy regularly. To inform themselves and check if any changes have been made to this Privacy Policy of our Websites, Products and / or Services, in particular our website(‘s) and / or apps. Continued use of our Websites, Products and / or Services means that the user(s) agree to the amended Privacy Policyof IMVR.
